Beach Bus Rules

Times are estimates. There are situations beyond our control that can affect the hours quoted. Traffic (especially during prime season and weekends) and time loading and unloading the bus can affect the hours quoted.
No drugs or smoking allowed on the bus.
No Alcohol on board (unless authorized by driver)
There will be a minimum charge of $100 if anything is broken.
Damages incurred due to passenger neglect or sickness (a $500 fee will be charged for cleanup) and is the responsibility of the client.
No marking on the windows, if vehicles are rented for an event involving minors; Prom, school related events, etc...
The names of all minors must be supplied to the driver prior to event. If at all possible, an adult should accompany minors or a group leader should be chosen to be responsible.
The person signing this contract is responsible for reimbursement of all damages or any extra charges that are incurred.
Anyone causing problems that are disruptive to the driver will be asked to get off the bus and a taxi will be called at their expense.

Outer Banks Weddings & Special Events:

Call in advance for availability. Please be sure to have the dates for booking available and know the time of the event. We can work out final details closer to arrival and finalization. Transportation for all weddings and events are customized to suit your needs. We are able to make several stops for pick-ups and drop-offs. Time of day or night is not a problem.

Outer Banks Family Reunions:

Make all arrangements prior to arrival to guarantee availability. Please be sure to provide us with the following information: The number in your group; Your transportation needs i.e., dinner, sightseeing, private tours, party etc.; The locations of pick-up and drop-offs.

Outer Banks Private Tours & Charters:

Make all arrangements prior to arrival to guarantee availability. Please be sure to provide us with the number in your group. Have in mind what you would like to see and where you would like to go. Be prepared to answer the following questions before you call; How long would you like the tour to be? Do you want a guide? Do you want a Subway lunch provided?

We offer two buses, a 46 and a 48 passenger bus. Both are equipped with air-conditioning and over-head storage. They are licensed and insured. Liquor is prohibited on the buses.

Contract Information

A $100 deposit per vehicle is required to secure vehicle(s) and your event date, start planning process and generate a deposit contract.
The deposit is non refundable and will be applied to your balance due.
You will be sent a confirmation when your deposit is received.
Payment in full is due 21 days prior to your event. If payment is not received by this time... services will not be rendered.
Balance money paid is refundable upon receipt of your cancellation no later than 10 days prior to your event.
Total price charged is determined from the time the vehicles leave our lot in Kitty Hawk and returns to the lot.
A downtime fee is charged per vehicle for the time in between drop offs and returns. This fee is 1/2 the hourly rate.
Total price may be changed due to any adjustments to the time schedule, added stops or pick ups, deleted stops or pick ups, before, during or after the event. These changes, whether initiated by the company or client will be taken care of by payment at the end of the event or by invoice/reimbursement within 30 days of the event.
Even though we maintain our vehicles to the highest standard, we cannot be responsible for unexpected mechanical failures or flat tires.
There will be no refund in this situation and a replacement vehicle will be supplied to fulfill all of the contract requirements as soon as possible.
Gratuity is always appreciated. Suggested gratuity is 15% of the total. This can be paid in cash or by check to the driver the day of your event.
