Before you call the Outer Banks Beach Bus
So that we can better help you decide what transportation plan is best for you, please review our 10 simple steps before you call. We will need to know a variety of information about your event.
- Location of Ceremony and Reception
- Starting time of Ceremony; start and end time of Reception
- Address and/or location of pick up and drop off locations*
- Total number of guests attending event
- Do you plan on using the bus to also transport flowers or gifts?
- Name and phone number of a contact person (Planner, Friend, Parents, etc.) for us and for our driver on the day of the event. In case driver is stuck in traffic, or is waiting at a pick up location for guests that may be late.
- Phone number at rental home – number is available from your realtor
- The number of guests at each pick up location
- Who will be in charge if you will be bringing a cooler on the bus and providing refreshments for your guests or wedding party on the way to the reception? We do not allow alcohol on the buses…bottled water and soft drinks only.
- Will the Bride and Groom and/or Wedding Party be using the bus also at the end of the reception?
* You may think you need more stops than are necessary. Condensing these locations is recommended and should be at hotels or large parking areas, this will reduce driving time. We can help suggest locations that we have used and are safe.
